About Max

I am not just someone with deep Snow Software and Flexera product knowledge who has picked up some process experience along the way. I am someone who ties decisions about the how to the requirements of the business, and who makes sure the team can work with the result afterwards. That is the core of my offer.

The short version. Six years as a Solution Consultant at Snow Software and Flexera, advising customers on solutions and use cases and supporting selection processes: requirements catalogs, evaluation criteria, structured pilots scored against predefined criteria. Independent since November 2025. Based in Munich, working in English and German, remote and on site, with clients in Germany, Switzerland, and North America.

How I work

I finish things. Not most of the way. Done, documented, and running. The most recent example: a data connector at a financial services client, delivered inside a fixed audit deadline and in production today. I proved feasibility in my own test environment before building anything.

I work with care. My architecture decisions are written down with weighted criteria. When a reason later turns out to be wrong, I mark it as outdated, correct it, and re-check the decision in the open. I would rather show you a corrected evaluation than a flawless-looking one. An evaluation that was never corrected is either trivial or not honestly kept.

I bring energy into projects. Clients have told me that a project gains momentum once I join. I take that as the best kind of feedback, because momentum is something a team feels within weeks, long before any status report shows it.

I only claim what I have done. Every statement on this website is backed by a real project. Clients are anonymized, results are not embellished, and there are no invented testimonials here. If something is outside my experience, I say so and bring in partners where it makes sense.
