I am Max Schönhuber, a freelance IT Asset Management consultant based in Munich. I spent six years as a Solution Consultant at Snow Software and Flexera. Today I work on the customer side: I connect data sources, improve data quality, build reporting your auditors can rely on, and train your team so it can run the platform without me.

A recent client project
A financial services client needed mobile devices in its ITAM platform. No standard connector reached that source. I validated feasibility in my own test environment first, built the connector, and delivered it inside a fixed audit deadline. It runs in production today.
Custom mobile device connector for Flexera One ITAM
Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and a custom inventory adapter with beacon deployment. Evaluated against eight weighted criteria, documented, and delivered on time.
